Don't like AT&T so haven't ben there

Been trying to get Internet for two days now. They make it next to impossible to just get passed the first steps. The "authorized retailer" was on the phone trying to figure out how to work a fax machine for a 25 minutes before he just told me he'll call me and let me know. Hire someone that knows what their doing.
I give it 4 and not 5 stars because everybody there has been very kind to me. At&t itself... Not always.
