NOT a good person to do business with. My husband called him to list our house Mr. Simpson said okay he would be at our place 10am next day. instead of showing up he called my husband and said he wasn't interested because we had a little competition one time , and just abruptly hung up never give my husband a chance to respond to what he (Simpson) was referring to. I strongly suggest using SOMEONE else. I give him no stars. We noticed the day before he was to show up he pulled up in front of our house looked at us and drove away. If he didn't want to list us why didn't he stop and tell us then. Our house is very nice and everything that's been done to it is less than 3 years old.
I listed my home about 4 and a half months ago and haven't had even ONE person come to see my house... for the entire 4 and a half months David never contacted me about trying a different strategy or lowering the price. I admit I have been busy and meant to call him... but isn't it HIS job as a realtor to be in contact with me when he isn't getting results? Then, I get home today and the Real Estate sign has been removed from my yard and the listing removed from the MLS listings... without even a PHONE CALL from him. I highly suggest hiring someone else to sell your house!
