My mother and I had been trying to get in touch with my grandmother all day with no success. Hospital says she hadn't been there. PPD sent someone and found out she had fallen down in her apartment YESTERDAY! She has Life Alert but didn't use it for some reason. Thank you guys for being so quick to see about her! I'm in Sacramento California, my mother is in Aurora Colorado so its not easy but you made the stress go away with how prompt you were.
