I called their service dept. on Thursday. I made arrangements to drop my company truck off late that evening with specific instructions....no matter what, and under no circumstances was it not to be available for me to pick up by Saturday morning at the very latest because I had to be at a job site 7:00am that coming Monday. I said for them to call me (yes I gave him my #) before anything be done that might prevent that. I said all of this very specifically, very plainly, he said he understood, and I'm told it would not be a problem. I was also told that no mechanics work Saturday, but that I could come on in Saturday morning and those up front could take care of getting me my truck. Saturday morning I go in to get it, they ask, is your name Bla Bla ? No, I am not Bla Bla, and my truck is still in the shop with the hood up. I'm then having an immediate and a VERY one sided talk with the Manager about the very serious bind they have not only put me in but possibly my company as well due to this fine display of serious incompetence, and he immediately calls the service manager. He then tells me the service manager said that it was just dropped off late Thursday with no instructions, no contact number, no nothing. I said BULL FUC!&@ S#!T, and told him his service manager was lying his ass off to him !!! Realizing when I first came in and mentioned why I was there that I had been asked if my name was Bla Bla, that I had revieved a call on Friday afternoon by someone that not only did not identify who they were or who they were with, but just asked if I was that same Bla Bla name, theN they said sorry I've got the wrong #. I knew then it was from someone at the dealership. I showed the Manager the # from that call and he verified it was theirs. I then reiterated to him that what I had said when I originally called the previous Thursday, that I had made very clear my specific instructions about what absolutely had to be with this truck, as well as I had in fact obviously left a phone # to be contacted with, was EXACTLY like I said it was and his damn service guy just lied his ass off to him !!! When I do finally get my truck the following Tuesday, I find they didn't put the lease papers with all the lease company contact info and servicing schedule back in it. I'm not one damn bit shocked at this point !! I call service again..."we don't have them......oh wait, here they are". Seriously ??!!
I said my wife will be in to get them around 5:30. He said service would be closed then but he'd leave them up front for her to get. She goes in and the guy up front doesn't have a damn clue about what she's asking for !! Then he wouldn't even let her go with him back to the service counter/waiting room (service was closed) to help look for them, even though as she tried to tell him, that she knows what they are in and knows what she's looking for. Are you FU@KI#G SHI$'N ME !!! After 30 son of a $!+@'n minutes later, he finally lets her go in, and right off the bat she said there they are !!!
This dealership helped me when our vehicle broke down on the way to a family vacation and had to be towed. They were realistic, fair and kept in communication with us after we had to return to pick up our vehicle which they'd done front end work on.
I wouldn't take a junk-ass piece of shitvrolet in to these incompetent ass's to change a damn tire on !!!
